Every team member is approved by Community Care Licensing in advance of the start of their care ministry, are fully FBI/DOJ background checked, and have on file a signed Covenant of Faith and a Statement of Staff Conduct.

Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
Personal Care Attendants are care support staffs assigned to provide personal care and attending to residents with memory impairments and/or physical limitations using companion care techniques approved by the WestHaven leadership team.
Activities Care Companion (ACC)
Activity Care Companions (ACCs) plan and execute daily activities that engage, encourage, and build relationships among our elderly and special needs communities. While everyone is first a caregiver our ACCs are uniquely charged with getting paid to play, too!
Medications Technician
MedTechs are WestHaven’s lead care providers responsible for the monitoring and delivery of personal care services provided to all residents while insuring full compliance with the physician’s orders, state licensing, and needs of the resident as identified in the resident’s needs/appraisal service plan.
